2021 Year in Review

It’s that time of year when we’re deluged with Year in Reviews and Annual Highlights. Do you need to read one more ‘Best of 2021’?

No? Good because I can’t find it in me to write a long post. It’s something to do with my brain’s creativity gears.

When I’m focused on visual stories in video or animation, I can’t seem to write narratives in short or long-form. Call me odd. Call me old. Are you the same? Let me know. I’d like to know if I’m not odd or old.

Here is a video of my Year in Review. It features highlights from my blogging year with a few insights on scenes behind the posts.

… and if you’re interested in the full videos of the clips shown, here are the original posts.

I wish everyone a Healthy and Happy New Year!

According to the Chinese zodiac, 2022 is the year of the Tiger and will be a time of change, vitality and abundance. I’m looking forward to it.

Until then, take care & stay safe.

  1. Thank you for your Review video – it was such fun! That Bubble Wrap Puppet & those seals really caught my eye again; and of course, the glimpse at Kok Sen.

Wishing you a 2022 filled with much creativity & discovery!

    1. Refreshing! I like that. There are many things I choose to not focus on, with a sole intent of keeping it fresh & fun. Hope you’re enjoying the tropic winter we’re having in Toronto .. enjoy while you can as I don’t expect it to last into 2022 ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Thanks Amanda. The good thing about compiling a Year in Review, is seeing some ot the things we’ve tried & done differently. Who knows what’s ahead in 2022? Something to anticipate.
